Is it just me, or is it nearly impossible for you, too, to throw away that delicious, crispy, salty, perfectly greasy, bad for you...chicken skin?
I baked chicken today for a chicken salad I am making. The recipe says to discard the skin, and I think I laughed out loud! Please tell me you would indulge in at least
ONE bite of this terrible goodness!
P.S. - I think I have a stomach ache ://
