Father's Day!!!

Last year was technically Sean's first Father's Day, but considering Sid was only 9 days old, it was a little hard to really celebrate.

It was a rainy morning, but that didn't stop us from getting donuts and coffee from Dunkin' Donuts! Before we left for breakfast, Sid was dying to give his daddy his gift! He came up with it all by himself ;)

Tickets to the Rangers game!!! Ever since I can remember, Sean has said to me, "I can't wait to bring my boy to a Rangers game one day!"

Tickets, a new hat, and an outfit for Sid to wear! (clearly he's thrilled!)

I had to tell a white lie about plans I had on Tuesday night so that he would be home to watch Sid and not make work plans! Thankfully it worked! I breathed a big sigh of relief once Sunday morning finally came around and I could actually give him the tickets so I knew FOR SURE he wouldn't schedule anything work related that evening!

That afternoon, Sean's parents came over for lunch. We grilled bison burgers, and I made my first pie from scratch! Peach pie! We went to the farmer's market the day before for the peaches :)

This pie was so yuumy!!! And, easy!
Come on, Nana, let's GO!

I think it was a great day for Sean. He got to relax and spend time with his family and enjoy being home. Sid loves his daddy sooooooo much! He walks around most of the day saying, "dadaaaaa!"! We love you, dadaaaa!!!!! Thank you for being such a great daddy. There is never a time that you aren't willing to help out, even after a long day of work. You never have a day off. You are always there for us. Thank you. We love you (again), dadaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!! SMOOCHES :)
